The Circuit Executive for the Sixth Circuit announces that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has selected Tyrone J. Paylor as Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Tennessee to fill the vacancy created by the impending retirement of Doris Randle-Holt. He will begin his official duties as Federal Public Defender on May 1, 2025.
