The Circuit Executive for the Sixth Circuit announces that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has selected Joseph R. Medici as Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Ohio to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Deborah Williams. He began his official duties as Federal Public Defender on September 18, 2023.
